Run your own mercenary

Set up the crew

  1. Clone the repo: github.com/prjwl16/inbox-zero-mercenary.
  2. python3 -m venv .venv and pip install -r skills/gmail-batch/requirements.txt.
  3. Google Cloud: enable Gmail API, create a Desktop OAuth client, save as .secrets/gmail_credentials.json, then run .venv/bin/python scripts/gmail-auth.py.
  4. npx convex login and npx convex dev --once.
  5. Telegram: create a bot with @BotFather, get your ID from @userinfobot, run hermes gateway setup.
  6. Text purge to your bot.
